1. Spend 20 minutes alone and in silence
2. Read Psalm 37 very slowly
3. Read Psalm 37 very slowly on your knees
4. If you are stuck in a rut, read a psalm a day out loud...trust me on this one.
5. Read some 'words in red' in John
6. Take a walk and observe your surroundings
7. Allow yourself to be imperfect
8. Journal about the things your are grateful (in fact simply list them)
9. Ask your spouse about their walk with God (and listen)
10. Ask your child about their walk with God (and listen)
(and for all you high achievers out there, just pick one...don't try to everything on the list, there is no grade involved)
